Yan Oi Tong Allan Yap Kindergarten is located in Tuen Mun and is designed with the philosophy of "nature, playfulness, and enlightenment." As designers, we deeply understand the uniqueness of early childhood education spaces and aim to cleverly integrate educational functions with a sense of playfulness. By adopting a child's perspective, we utilize vibrant colors, lively shapes, and natural materials to create a safe, comfortable, and inviting environment that allows children to explore, discover, and learn freely.

 

Clients expect the kindergarten to create a warm, lively, and educationally meaningful atmosphere. In terms of spatial planning, they request a well-defined division of functional areas, including reception, teaching, activity, and rest zones, ensuring that each area is both independent and easily accessible. There is an emphasis on using eco-friendly and safe materials to protect children's health, while also incorporating natural elements and cartoon images to enhance the space's playfulness.

 

The reception area features soft wood tones and fresh greens as the primary color scheme, complemented by whimsical ceiling murals that create a warm atmosphere. The teaching area adopts a flexible layout, dividing it into learning zones, activity areas, and storage spaces, with light-colored walls accented by green wave-shaped trims to add vibrancy.

 

Through this meticulous design, Yan Oi Tong Allan Yap Kindergarten will become a kindergarten in Tuen Mun filled with playfulness and educational significance, leaving children with wonderful memories of their childhood.
