In the residential design of 33 Hoi Tin House in Chung Hom Kok, we are dedicated to creating a living environment that perfectly blends modernity with nature. The design fully utilizes the unique geographical location and natural landscape of Chung Hom Kok, combining the freshness of the outdoors with the comfort of the indoors. Through meticulous design and high-quality materials, we present an ideal home that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

The client desires a residence that reflects a high-end, natural style, emphasizing privacy and scenic views. They look forward to incorporating natural elements into the interior design while ensuring that each functional area is practical and convenient to meet the needs of family life and leisure activities. Additionally, the client specifically requests a comfortable outdoor space for relaxation and social gatherings.

The residence features a thoughtfully designed outdoor swimming pool, which is tiled with blue ceramic tiles that echo the surrounding natural environment, creating a visual effect reminiscent of the sea. The pool area is surrounded by slip-resistant stone flooring, equipped with white lounge chairs and umbrellas to provide a comfortable resting space for the owner. A small outdoor leisure area adjacent to the pool includes tables and chairs, allowing the owner to enjoy outdoor dining and social activities, while abundant greenery enhances both the beauty of the environment and privacy.

​The kitchen adopts a modern style with deep brown wooden cabinets paired with white countertops, creating a classic yet warm color scheme. The cabinetry is designed with ample storage space in mind. The stainless steel stove and range hood are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean. A window overlooks the outdoor natural scenery, allowing the owner to enjoy beautiful views while cooking.
